With fully in-house manufacturing, design, distribution, fulfillment, and marketing, here in the UK, we’re a very unique startup. Through our D2C activities and venture capital support we will soon begin reshaping mental health management in diabetes on a global scale. About you

You’ll need to be comfortable with data analysis and being wrong. You’ll have the finesse to validate your ideas using our data warehouse & its computed reports and always strive to hunt down and eliminate any confirmation bias. You need the creativity to ideate on how to hit growth milestones inside financial targets with the various channels and tactics available. You’ll work directly with our Founder in a collaborative and supportive fashion and gain 3 – 5 years’ worth of industry experience in your first year with us. Lastly, you’re ambitious - you want to challenge yourself & be uncomfortable. You want to show the world how great you are and make a difference doing it – because you’re going to be working on a brand that authentically improves people’s lives, with every order.


Role responsibilities

  • Your role is all about new customer acquisition; that’s your primary KPI.
  • Efficiently operate digital marketing activities to drive new customer volumes within dynamic KPI boundaries.
  • Run bottom-up forecasts and generate valid marketing targets with our CEO.
  • Deploy and manage bottom-up calculated marketing initiatives across all marketing channels.
  • Live and breathe a segmented test-and-learn cycle centered around a holistic omnichannel user journey.
  • Leverage our internal data warehouse to uncover new opportunities for customer acquisition.
  • Understand and obsess over the multiplicative effects of CR%, Traffic, AOV, and CPA KPIs.
  • Devise short and long-term strategies to hit forecasts and maintain an acute awareness of our progress.
  • Adeptly manage your own time and take steps to ensure all tasks are hit with the right quality at the right time.
  • Train on all aspects of SEO and ensure a smooth process to deploy articles on time in an optimized manner.
  • You’ll be trained to use Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta / Google Ads, and more in the execution of your role.
  • Learn to integrate loyalty rewards, reviews, education, and more, across user journeys to maximize performance.
  • Be trained in basic CFO principles & learn to integrate our P&L into everything you do in marketing.
  • Work efficiently & collaboratively with our retention marketing team and seek to support them with data insights, tactic validation, and new opportunities.
  • Ensure a balance between short-term and long-term initiatives and profitability of the same.
  • In everything you do, relentlessly strive to ensure we & you are operating with maximum validity.
  • You will not be required to run graphic design / creative initiatives; they’re provided to you.



This is a training role and you will be working directly with our CEO and Founder. You’ll start with 30 hours a week of direct contact time, moving down at a pace set by your competency and rate of learning. You’ll be given unmatched responsibility relative to your experience but will be enshrined and protected from errors by an approval process until such a time you request it is removed. Thrown into a “safe deep-end”, it’ll be time to prove yourself to us, and to you.



  • Salary of £30,000 per annum.
  • You’ll work a minimum of 40 hours Monday to Friday, on-site in our office in Kent, CT12 5GY.
    • Option for hybrid working after 3 months.
  • Option to work weekends and swap out weekdays.
  • Option to trade bank holidays for extra annual leave.
  • 20 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) with Christmas period and birthday off.

  • EMI Share Options are available and are expected to be awarded after 12 months, at CEO's discretion.


Mandatory Requirements

  • You enjoy helping people and have a genuine desire to do good in the world with your work.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing and data analytics.
  • Ambition, drive, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Analytically minded and competent with Microsoft Excel.
  • Explicit understanding of “confirmation bias” and “validity” with relation to marketing/data analytics.
  • You have a car and your commute to our office in Kent is not unreasonable.
