Refund Policy

We offer returns within 30 days for new and unused items

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We offer Lifetime Returns on all clothing orders provided they are unworn, with tags, in resaleable, as-new condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your return must include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return - we can't process returns or refunds if we don't know who sent the parcel in.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage is not free or paid for by us unless otherwise offered, and you are liable for goods until they have reached us.

Returns of clothing may incur a £2 restocking fee, depending on the cause of the return. This is in line with industry norms and is essential to protect our small business, given how difficult and time-consuming it is to run reverse logistics / return operations. You'll be advised if this fee is required, and it will just be deducted from the refund.

Tags must be attached, and all garments will be thoroughly inspected for signs of wear or usage. If a garment has been worn out and has signs of wear and tear, the entire refund will be voided. Any attempts to circumnavigate, cheat, or exploit our systems will result in a ban from our store. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take between 2 hours and 30 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
