Ordering from us 

    How long is the delivery time and what's involved?

    • We dispatch 85% of orders within 24 hours, and 100% within 48 hours. We do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays and our cut-off is 2pm (UK time) on Fridays.
    • Patches and stickers take between 1-3 days in the UK, on both 24 and 48 services. 24 generally arrives a day before 48. Royal Mail does not guarantee these services. 
    • International delivery times, depending on the country, vary from 6-10 business days. For example, depending on the destination country postal service, i.e. USPS or Deutsche Post, there can be delays on your order of up to 15 business days.
    • Delivery services are not guaranteed by the carriers. Once your parcel is given to the carrier, there is nothing more we can do from that moment onward. 
    • Step-by-step tracking is only included on £4.99+ shipping services. Under that, the tracking is only a delivery confirmation number. 
    • Air express services and custom delivery times are available, but they are manual and you must speak with us before you place your order for it to be arranged.

    Do you have size guides?

    • Our patches and stickers are manufactured to the exact dimensions of the CGM devices and are a guaranteed fit.

    Who do you ship with?

    • We use Royal Mail UK and all international partners associated with Royal Mail Group PLC.
    • We use Transglobal Express, USPS, and the vast majority of national carriers, for international orders.

    Returns and Refunds

    How do I return my order?

    • Please contact us via our contact form in the help center to return your order. More information can be found in our returns policy here.
    • We do not offer free returns as standard.

    Can I exchange my order?

    • Absolutely, please get in touch at via our contact form in the help center.

    I have returned my item, where is my refund or exchange?

    • Please contact us via our contact form in the help center quoting your order number so that we can provide you with an update. Funds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account and can only be refunded to the original payment method.

    Discounts

    My discount code won't work - what do I do?

    • Please get in touch with us via our contact form in the help center. We will investigate the issue and if there is a mistake then we provide you with a unique code with an even bigger saving for your troubles.
