Shipping Policy

Order patches before 1pm UK time (GMT +0) for same day dispatch on your order. Orders are not dispatched on weekends.

UK Patch Orders:

  • Order before 13:00 GMT (UK) for same day dispatch on patches & stickers.
  • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

International Patch Orders:

  • Order before 13:00 GMT (UK) for same day dispatch on patches & stickers.
  • Our international shipments take between 3-15 days, depending on the country and the distance within that country. 
  • All orders are shipped out with Royal Mail or Parcelforce but may be passed to a new carrier on the way to you.
  • There may be additional checks at customs and unforeseen delays to your order that are out of our control.

Orders of other products:

  • Orders containing vial protectors will be dispatched following the next production run, as these are handmade to order. Thus, orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, will be dispatched on the Friday.
  • Orders containing Buddy the Bear will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Orders containing "Treat that Hypo!" products will be dispatched on the same day.
  • If your order contains multiple of the above products, the longest dispatch period will apply.
  • It is not possible to expedite these timeframes. 

Tracking Numbers:

  • Orders sent with free shipping are sent with delivery-confirmation numbers, and not step-by-step tracking numbers. step-by-step tracking numbers are expensive and it is not possible to subsidize this cost. 
  • Type One Style support, like any retailer, can only see the same information as you on the tracking portal, and do not have access to any other information of any kind about the progress of an order.

Important information:

  • We deliver orders Monday-Friday, and Saturday if you are in the UK.
  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • We don't deliver on Sundays or national holidays.
  • If you place an order on a weekend or national holiday, we will process your order the next business day.
  • Orders must be delivered to a single address.
  • We will send you an order confirmation email and an email once your order has been dispatched.
    When you purchase or select a shipping service, this is the shipping service we dispatch your order on and pay the carrier to fulfil. The carrier does not guarantee it will meet all service levels and at busy times of the year there may be delays to your order, although it is quite unlikely. These events generally occur when carriers experience major disruption, such as COVID outbreaks in regional parcel sorting centers, or industrial action.
